Program Description

New Image Roofing & Outdoor Living operates an SMS text-messaging program to communicate with customers and prospective customers about estimates, appointments, project scheduling, invoices, warranty reminders, and occasional service follow-ups. Standard messages are sent from our business phone number and identified as coming from New Image Roofing & Outdoor Living.

How You Opt In

You opt in by submitting your phone number on one of our estimate request forms, by replying to a message from us, or by providing your number verbally during a phone call and agreeing to receive texts. By opting in, you agree to receive SMS messages from New Image Roofing & Outdoor Living.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can request a quote or hire us without opting in to SMS.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on the stage of your project. Expect more frequent messages during active scheduling and fewer between projects.

Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier and plan. New Image Roofing & Outdoor Living does not charge for the messages themselves.

How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to any message from us at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message and will not receive further marketing texts. For transactional messages related to an active project, contact us directly to manage your preferences.
